Refund Policy

Our products are personal care products and therefore cannot be returned, however we want to make sure that you love your products so we have a 30 day satisfaction policy.  You have 30 days after receiving your item to let us know if our products don't meet your standards.

 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.


Exchange or Refund
If a refund is requested and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.  If you would like an exchange, let us know and we will process in a timely manner.
